The real talk guide to finding strength, confidence, and consistency—even in the chaos.
Let’s be honest—some days, loving yourself feels like a luxury you can’t afford.
Between school drop-offs, endless laundry piles, late-night snack runs, and countless demands on your energy, it’s easy to forget that you matter too. I’ve been there—burnt out, stretched thin, and running on caffeine and autopilot.
But here’s what I’ve learned: loving yourself isn’t about bubble baths and spa days (though those are wonderful too). It’s about making choices that remind your body and mind:
“I’m worth showing up for.”

Why I Created the Love Yourself Challenge
This challenge wasn’t born in a perfectly filtered fitness studio. It originated in my living room, with kids climbing on me while I squeezed in a workout. It sprouted from days I didn’t want to move—but I did anyway because I knew how much better I’d feel afterward.
I created the Love Yourself 6-Week Challenge for women who are tired of starting over. Women who long to feel strong again—inside and out. Women who are ready to show up, even if they’re not perfect.
Because perfection isn’t the goal. Progress is.
What Loving Yourself Really Looks Like
Let’s flip the narrative.
Self-love isn’t merely a mood—it’s a mindset.
It’s picking up dumbbells when you’d rather scroll.
It’s saying, “I deserve this time for me” without guilt.
It’s asking for support—and accepting it.
It’s progress pics that show your glow, not just your gains.
Self-love is discipline plus grace. It’s showing up messy yet motivated. It’s choosing consistency over extremes.
The 3 Pillars of the Love Yourself Challenge
This isn’t a “one size fits all” kind of plan. It’s built for real life, with a structure and flexibility that help you stick with it.
Here’s what you get:
Movement that builds more than muscle
Weekly strength training workouts and HIIT finishers fit into your schedule. They meet you where you’re at.
Mindset support with your personal hype squad
You’re not doing this alone. You’ll get weekly check-ins with me, plus a private group chat full of women cheering you on every step of the way.
Momentum that actually lasts
No crash diets. No “all or nothing” mentality. Just small, consistent steps that build the kind of confidence that spills into every area of your life.
How to Start Loving Yourself Today
You don’t have to overhaul your whole life to get started. Here are simple steps to ease into self-love:
Go for a 10-minute walk after dinner.
Drink that full glass of water before your coffee.
Speak to yourself as you would to your best friend.
Choose movement over the mental spiral.
Say “yes” to something that scares you a little… like this challenge.
Building a Routine
Creating a daily routine can help solidify your commitment to self-love. Start by carving out small pockets of time for yourself. Consider these ideas:
Morning Ritual
Begin your day with intention. Set aside a few minutes each morning for quiet reflection. You might meditate, journal, or simply enjoy a cup of tea. This sets a positive tone for your day.
Weekly Self-Check-In
Take time every week to check in with yourself. Reflect on your feelings and progress. Are you treating yourself with kindness? Are there areas where you can improve? This practice fosters self-awareness and growth.
The Power of Community
Joining a community can amplify your journey to self-love. Surrounding yourself with like-minded women provides encouragement and accountability. Share your struggles and triumphs; it creates a sense of belonging.
Let’s Do This Together
You’re not broken. You’re not lazy. You’re just burned out and ready for change.
The Love Yourself 6-Week Challenge is your reset. It’s your invitation to stop putting yourself last. And it’s your reminder that you already have everything you need inside of you—you just need to show up.
Let’s do it together.
Join the Challenge.
