Why I Created the Love Yourself Challenge


This challenge wasn’t born in a perfectly filtered fitness studio. It came from my messy living room, with kids climbing on me while I squeezed in a workout. It came from the days I didn’t want to move—but did anyway because I knew how much better I’d feel.


I created the Love Yourself 6-Week Challenge for women who are tired of starting over. Women who want to feel strong again—inside and out. Women who are ready to show up, even if they’re not perfect.
