It's kinda funny. Even before the pandemic, this was a question that always came up...mostly in my own mind.
I've been a working mom for 7 years. Prior to that, it was easy to jump in a spin class or schedule a PT session early in the morning. Once my daughter was born, I felt that it was almost impossible to operate the same way.
And now that technology has come so far with apps like Youtube and the power of google search...I still found myself asking the same question lol. Just because things seem to be so much more easily at our finger tips doesn't mean that things become easier. Funny, right?
Recently and surprisingly, during my second pregnancy, I found an app that has really changed the game for me. And it's free! No I mean it's free free.
I was skeptical too, but after using it for almost a year it's definitely what I have been searching for this entire time. What I like is that it provides most of it's content at no cost. That includes programs, courses, live trainings, and achievements.
They do have a Pro package which is a value add, as it gives you access to offline downloads for people with spotty internet, meal plans, music, and smart device integrations.
My husband updated to the pro, but I've stayed with the free for right now.
